2. Price it right.
Pricing brings out the worst in many sellers. Many have the attitude their home should bring as more than one down the street, or that must recoup as much or more than they paid for it. Even worse, they think the national pricing trends should hold true in Mammoth Lakes. National median prices are completely useless when it comes to pricing your Mammoth Lakes property.
